Blueleaf designs, builds, and operates a range of pilot-scale equipment, configured to match each project's specific treatment challenge.
Mobile Pilot Kits for PFAS evaluation
Stand-alone contactors test up to 40 inches of adsorptive media, with flow, volume, and differential pressure measurement built in. Units can run in parallel to compare multiple media side by side, or in series to evaluate deeper media beds, with prefiltration and dechlorination available for custom configurations.
Custom PFAS systems
For projects with unique requirements, Blueleaf can design and fabricate a custom PFAS pilot system from component parts, typically available within one week
Iron and Manganese Removal
Greensand and pyrolusite pilot systems, mounted in cargo-style trailers, come complete with chemical feed equipment, flow control, and online instrumentation for iron and manganese evaluations.
Surface Water Treatment
Trailer-mounted equipment includes a dissolved air flotation system, gravity filters, coagulation and flocculation tanks, plate and tube settlers, and supporting chemical feed and instrumentation.
